2021 in Canada, abounding in fresh water lakes, there are boil water orders in effect. These are disproportionately in indigenous communities. Minden Rotary has chosen to support the District 7010 Water First program. This program addresses a root cause for the boil water orders, a shortage of trained water treatment plant operators.
